Cab driver says UFO used Morse code

A Philadelphia taxi cab driver reported an incident with a UFO sighted along Route 76 east between the Conshohocken and Belmont exits where the object communicated in Morse Code, according to April 2, 2014, testimony in Case 55170 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness is recalling the event from memory and places it in either October or November of either 1981 or 1982 at about 3:25 a.m. He was operating a taxi cab business at the time. At 3 a.m., he was hired to drive someone to the Sheraton Hotel in Valley Forge, about a 25-mile trip. After making that trip and stopping to pick up a cup of coffee, he was returning to the city along Route 76 east, the Schuylkill Expressway.

The event took place somewhere between the Conshohocken and Belmont exits.

"I noticed a very bright light in the northeastern sky that seemed to be floating in one spot," the witness stated. "I thought, why is a traffic helicopter out this early in the morning? Maybe a bad accident in front of me? I called on the CB radio and asked if a traffic jam was down the road. A truck driver answered me and said he didn't hear of any. I then found out he was behind me about quarter mile."

The witness described the object.

"As I got closer to the light I slowed down to get a better look at it - about 45 mph). Now I could see smaller lights around the bottom of this craft, flashing green, blue, red. I asked the truck driver if he saw the bright light out his left hand window. Then he told me he was looking at a very bright disk with little lights flashing on the bottom."

Disc UFO videotaped in Czech Republic

A Czech Republic witness at Brno reported watching and videotaping a disc-shaped UFO hovering over the Petrov Cathedral that gained and dropped in altitude before descending and moving away on April 2, 2014, according to testimony in Case 55169 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was traveling home from a pub in Brno when he looked up and noticed the object hovering just above the Petrov Cathedral that was less than 500 feet away and at about the tree top level.

"It was shapely, ascending and descending," the witness stated. "Later, the object moved east very fast, stopping on the spot."

The witness then went home, saw the object again, and was unable to identify it.

"I looked out of the window and I could still see the object, so i started recording it on my tablet. The rest is seen on the video. The object descended in the eastern horizon. I was a little bit scared and surprised from the event."

Russian Investigators Reports Contact With ET Since 1942

There have been rumors floating around for many years that the first Russian contact with “grey aliens” allegedly took place in 1942. At the time, a series of diplomatic visits to discuss matters of mutual concern were planned, according to alleged Russian documents and a treaty was made, Voice of Russia writes.

In 1969 in the state of Sverdlovsky, a UFO was reported to had crashed and was recovered by the Russian military. There is an alleged video footage showing the recovery, with close-ups of the UFO itself. Allegedly, there was one dead alien found in the craft. The remains of the alien and the UFO debris were taken to a secure Russian site, where the saucer was analyzed, and an autopsy done on the alien.

According to Russian newspaper “Pravda”, the KGB has allegedly had a special unit designed to gather and monitor all pieces of information regarding mystical and unexplained phenomena reported inside and outside the Soviet Union.

Also according to Pravda, General A. G. Ponomarnko, head commander of the Urals military district, was to ensure that KGB agents be involved in the work pertaining to the UFO at all stages. The agents’ reports were promptly forwarded to Colonel A. I. Grigoriev, chief of the KGB scientific department.

Orb UFOs reported near Pennsylvania power plant

A Pennsylvania witness at Perkiomenville reported three bright, orb-like UFOs that hovered and moved near the Limerick Generating Station, according to April 2, 2014, testimony in Case 55163 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was photographing the sunset on January 1, 2014, when three "very bright lights" were noticed just west of the Limerick Generating Station along the Schuylkill River in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, northwest of Philadelphia.

"I thought it may be something out of the ordinary," the witness stated. "Never saw lights that bright in the sky before. The objects seemed to be round spheres that at first didn't move at all. The center one seemed slightly raised above the outer ones. They were intense bright white - almost silver."

Harrisburg witness reports 'robotic eye' encounter

A Harrisburg, Pennsylvania witness reported an encounter with a fireball-like UFO that dropped a "robotic" object to the ground level, according to April 2, 2014, testimony in Case 55152 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness had walked to the alley at the back of her property to feed stray cats when the object was first seen about 9:15 p.m. on June 15, 2013.

"Since the object was fairly low-flying, I knew it wasn't a plane or balloon or other such easily-identified flying vehicle," the witness stated. "Plus, planes, etc. are not circular/orbs, nor do they glow a fiery, beautiful, bright orange color."

The witness watched as the object moved away, but apparently dropped something.

"As it flew away, it dropped ‘something’ out of it. I cannot tell if it dropped out or released its object on purpose, or the dropped object ‘crashed’ involuntarily into the neighbor’s tree in my back alley."

National UFO Alert: Four states report 232 March cases

The National UFO ALERT Rating System has been updated for April 2014, with California, Florida, Texas, and Arizona moving to a UFO Alert 3 as the highest reporting states with 25 or more cases during the month of March 2014, filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).

California was the leading high-reporting state in March with 103 cases, up from 59 February cases, and 102 January cases. Those states in a UFO Alert 4 category with 13 or more reports include: Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, Alabama, and North Carolina.

All other states move to a UFO Alert 5 category with lower numbers of UFO activity. The Watch States - with 10 or more cases - are Indiana, Washington, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Missouri.

MUFON released March statistics April 1, where the total number of reported UFO sightings is listed by state. The UFO Examiner uses these statistics to rate states. The entire country was moved back to the lowest alert level - UFO Alert 5.

California takes the lead with 103 cases; Florida, 58; Texas, 46; and Arizona, 25.
